Jane Holmes

I have been a foundation governor at the academy since 2020, when I retired from working at W H Smith after 48 and half years at the Scunthorpe Branch. I am also Churchwarden at St. Lawrence's Church and leader of the Girls Friendly Society at St. Lawrence's too. Scunthorpe Music Festival is also where I act as Secretary for the Speech and Drama and Music Sections and co-ordinator for the Residential Summer School these all run for a week during the year. I am also conductor of Reflections Ladies choir in Scunthorpe and I volunteer at St. Norberts Catholic Primary Academy in Crowle from March until May each year where I run the school choirs for Infant and Junior children to enable them to take part in the Music Festival.
