We are delighted to share some fantastic news with you. Following our recent Ofsted inspection, The St Lawrence Academy has been graded as “Strong” for both Inclusion and Personal Development, and we have met the expected standard in all other areas.
This was our first inspection under Ofsted’s new and highly rigorous inspection toolkit. Under this new framework, meeting the expected standard represents a very high bar, as Ofsted has made it clear that they expect a consistently strong and high standard of education in every school. To achieve “Strong” ratings alongside meeting these elevated expectations is a brilliant milestone for our academy.
